Albury, NSW
The largest centre in our area. We work across Albury, Lavington, Thurgoona and surrounding suburbs on renovations, decks, cabinetry and commercial jobs.
Wodonga, VIC
Albury's twin city on the Victorian side of the Murray. Victorian building rules apply here, including registration for most domestic building work over $10,000.
Howlong, NSW
A NSW river town between Albury and Corowa, with a mix of older homes and newer rural-residential blocks where sheds and site preparation are common jobs.
Barnawartha, VIC
A small Victorian town near Wodonga, with surrounding rural properties where sheds, site cuts and farm carpentry are common.
Corowa, NSW
On the NSW side of the river, opposite Wahgunyah. Many older homes here need structural carpentry and renovation work.
Wahgunyah, VIC
Corowa's Victorian neighbour across the Murray. We cover both towns, and Victorian rules apply on this side.
Rutherglen, VIC
A Victorian wine town a short drive from the river. Older homes, cellar-door and hospitality businesses keep carpentry and joinery in demand.
Mulwala, NSW
On the NSW shore of Lake Mulwala, opposite Yarrawonga. Decks, pergolas and outdoor living are popular projects.
Yarrawonga, VIC
The western end of our service area, on the Victorian side of Lake Mulwala, with lakeside homes, holiday properties and steady renovation work.
Bundalong, VIC
A Victorian town where the Ovens River meets the Murray, between Yarrawonga and Wahgunyah, with river blocks where sheds and decks are common jobs.
Working across the border
Our area spans two states, and building rules differ between them. In NSW, a contractor licence is needed for residential building work worth more than $5,000 including labour and materials (NSW Government). In Victoria, most domestic building work worth more than $10,000 must be carried out by a registered builder (Victorian Building Authority). Plumbing, drainage, roof plumbing and electrical work need licensed tradespeople in both states.
